"The List of priority control substances in Korea are chemicals  that are considered to be harmful to human health and the environment by the Korean Ministry of Environment under the  K-REACH Regulation. These chemicals are under strict management by the Korean government. 
In accordance with K-REACH Regulation, priority control substances refer to: 
A.Substances that can potentially cause cancer, mutations, reproductive abnormalities, or disruptions to the endocrine system in animals;
B. Substances that are persistent in the environment and bioaccumulate in people;
C. Substances that cause damage to organs such as lungs, liver or kidneys when exposed to humans
D. Substances that are likely to cause serious harm to humans or animals, equal to or greater than substances in category A to C."
