China Inventory for the Administration of the Import and Export of Pesticides

The China Inventory for the Administration of the Import and Export of Pesticides is jointly formulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA) and the General Administration of Customs (GACC) in accordance with the Pesticide Management Regulations. The currently effective Inventory specifies pesticide varieties subject to import/export release notifications. Enterprises must apply to MARA for permits and complete customs procedures for pesticide import/export activities.
