Market Supervision Administration of Anhui Province

The Anhui Provincial Administration for Market Regulation is a directly affiliated institution of the Anhui Provincial Government, and it also serves as the Anhui Provincial Intellectual Property Office. The Provincial Drug Administration has been established as a departmental management institution under the Anhui Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. The Provincial Food and Drug Safety Committee has been renamed the Provincial Food Safety Committee, with specific tasks undertaken by the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. The former Anhui Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, Anhui Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and Anhui Provincial Food and Drug Administration have been abolished. The responsibilities and name of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, which was under the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, have been correspondingly adjusted.
