China-Diretório Nacional de Resíduos Perigosos (Versão 2025)

The China National Directory of Hazardous Wastes (2025 Version) is jointly issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) and four other ministries/commissions based on the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste. The Directory defines categories of hazardous waste and corresponding management requirements. Enterprises must classify wastes, report, and arrange compliant disposal according to this Directory.
