Recently, several major ports in China have begun to supervise new chemical substances in China. Customs requires relevant enterprises to provide certifications of new chemical substances registration for products containing new chemicals through a declaration system or on-site inspection. If enterprises are not able to provide such certification, products will be not allowed to be imported or exported.
