Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO)

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is an organization associated with the Japanese government, dedicated to promoting trade and investment relations between Japan and other countries. Its main functions include: providing Japanese companies with overseas market information, business matching and consulting services, and organizing trade fairs and business missions; working to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) into Japan, and providing foreign companies with market information, regulatory guidance and support for business establishment; offering in-depth market analysis, industry reports and economic data to Japanese and foreign companies; and cooperating with the Japanese government and international organizations to promote trade liberalization and economic cooperation agreements.
