Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (2019 Amendment)

This Provisions specifies the licensing of road transport of dangerous goods, management of specialized vehicles and equipment, transportation of dangerous goods, supervision and inspection, and legal responsibilities. It is applicable to operation and the use of own vehicles for non-commercial transportation of dangerous goods by road and related regulation within the administrative region, but is not applicable to the transportation of military dangerous goods.
