Identification standards for solid wastes General rules

This standard specifies the identification standards for solid wastes based on its source of generation, the identification standards for solid wastes during its utilization and disposal process, the primary supervision and management requirements for substances not managed as solid wastes and substances not managed as liquid wastes. It is applicable to the identification of solid wastes (or materials) and items (including products, commodities), and the identification of liquid wastes. It is not applicable to the identification of radioactive wastes, the classification of solid wastes, or the identification of solid wastes for substances with proprietary standards.
