Portable fire extinguishers-Part 3:Regulations

This part specifies the counting sampling inspection rules for controlling and accepting the safety and quality performance of portable fire extinguishers. It is applicable to the acceptance inspection of product quality by quality inspection departments for fire extinguishers produced in stable continuous production batches after product finalization, and for acceptance inspections at the time of batch production or storage. It is also applicable to type inspection to verify the stability of the production process and periodic inspections to confirm the continued maintenance of specified stability after finalization. Quality supervision inspections and technical documents such as purchase contracts may refer to and implement the provisions of this part.
