This regulation specifies the authorized matters and the necessary implementations under the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act, encompassing general provisions, safety and health management systems, safety and health education, hazard and risk prevention measures, prevention of occupational accidents during contracting, measures against hazardous and dangerous machinery, control measures for hazardous substances, employee health management, occupational safety advisors and health advisors, and labor inspectors. It is applicable to safety and health management activities at relevant sites, excluding enterprises or workplaces where this act is partially or entirely inapplicable, as detailed in Table 1.
