Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (K-REACH)

The K-REACH specifies the registration and evaluation of chemical substances in South Korea, including registration, hazard review and risk assessment, authorization and restriction, designation and changes to permitted substances, dissemination of chemical information, management of products containing chemicals, regulatory cooperation, and penalties. These regulations is applicable to the production, import, export, and sale of chemicals in South Korea.
