Enforcement Decree for the Chemical Substances Registration and Evaluation Act of Korea (K-REACH Regulations)

This executive order details the entrusted matters and the necessary implementations under the Korean Chemicals Registration and Evaluation Act (K-REACH Regulations), including the registration of chemical substances in South Korea, hazard review and risk assessment of chemical substances, provision of chemical substance information, and management of products containing chemical substances. It is applicable to the production, import/export, and sale activities related to chemical substances in Korea.
