Procedures for Administration of Registration of New Chemical Substances

This regulation is established based on the third clause of Article 14 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. It defines priority management chemical substances, management, and the submission of documents for record-keeping, applicable to manufacturers, importers, suppliers, or employers involved in the manufacture, import, supply, or provision to workers for handling and use of priority management chemical substances.
