Technical guidelines for fugitive emission monitoring of air pollutants

This standard specifies provisions and guidance on the setting methods of monitoring points for fugitive emissions of air pollutants, the determination and selection of monitoring meteorological conditions, and the calculation of monitoring results. It is applicable to the monitoring of fugitive emissions of air pollutants by environmental monitoring departments for the implementation of Appendix C of GB 16297-1996, as well as similar monitoring conducted by pollution source units for self-management.
