Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.74/2001 on Hazardous and Toxic Substances Management/B3 regulation

This law specifies the management of hazardous and toxic substances (B3) in Indonesia, including classification, management,procedures and committee of B3, occupational safety and health, accident and emergency management, supervision and reporting, community awareness, information openness and community roles, administrative penalties, compensation, and criminal provisions. It is applicable to any activities involving the production, transportation, distribution, storage, use, and/or discharge of B3 within Indonesia.
