Restricted substances management systems of electrical and electronic products―Requirements

This standard specifies the requirements for the restricted substances management system for organizations related to the production of electrical and electronic products. It aims to help organizations identify the processes related to the use of restricted substances according to relevant laws, regulations, or customer requirements, and to establish and implement a restricted substances management system. It is applicable to organizations of various types and sizes related to the production of electrical and electronic products, helping them meet the needs of establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the restricted substances management system in order to enhance their ability to control restricted substances, thereby reducing and/or eliminating the use of such substances.
