Occupational Health and Safety Law (Turkey) (Revised March 2, 2024)

This law specifies the objectives, scope, and definitions related to occupational health and safety in Turkey. It includes the duties and rights of employers and employees, as well as obligations, councils, boards, coordination, inspections, and administrative penalties. It is applicable to all work and workplaces in the public and private sectors, employers and employer representatives at these workplaces, and all employees, including apprentices and interns, regardless of their field of activity.
