Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation (Hong Kong)

This regulation specifies in detail the provisions related to chemical waste under Section 33 of Chapter 354 of the Hong Kong Waste Disposal Ordinance, including general provisions, registration of waste producers, disposal of chemical waste, storage of chemical waste, collection and transportation of chemical waste, measures to prevent hazards to public health and pollution, waste disposal licenses, miscellaneous, etc., and is applicable to activities related to the generation, disposal, collection, and transportation of chemical waste in Hong Kong.
