General Requirements for Chemical Product Warning Labels in Russia

This standard, based on the seventh revision of the United Nations GHS, specifies the general requirements for warning labels on chemical products, including the requirements for warning labels and the selection of label elements based on the chemical hazard classification. It is applicable to the preparation of warning labels for chemical products and does not apply to minerals in their natural state, finished pharmaceuticals and veterinary products, finished perfumes and cosmetics, radioactive materials, nuclear substances, finished food products, smoking and non-smoking tobacco products, chemical production waste that needs to be buried or destroyed, and products (including medical products).
