This notice revises the MOIT Circular No. 32/2017/TT-BCT, including updates on licensing, reporting, labeling, and transportation rules. Notably, the validity of licenses for restricted chemicals production and business issued after December 22, 2022, will be for five years. The annual reporting deadline has been changed from January 15 to February 15. Labeling requirements now adhere to the Decree No. 111/2021/ND-CP. These regulations apply to organizations and individuals engaged in chemical activities, as well as those operating within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
