(Vietnam) Amendment and Supplement to Multiple Provisions of the Government's Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP dated October 9, 2017, Detailing and Guiding the Implementation of Various Provisions of the Chemicals Law

This decree revises the Vietnam Detailed Regulations and Guidelines for the Implementation of Multiple Provisions of the Chemicals Law, including amendments to Article 1, Paragraph 11, Article 9, Paragraph 3, Article 10, and the Appendices of Decree No. 113/2017/ND-CP, and specifies that the UN GHS Revision 2 and Appendix 6 may be used for classification. It is applicable to organizations and individuals involved in chemical activities within the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
