Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools in Vietnam

This law stipulates the management and use of weapons in Vietnam, management and use of explosive materials, precautions for management and use of explosives, management and use of supporting tools, as well as the reception, collection, classification, storage, clearance, and destruction of weapons, explosives, and supporting tools. It applies to agencies, organizations, and individuals managing and using weapons, explosives, explosive precursors, and supporting tools.
