European Commission Directive 93/11/EEC on the Release of N-Nitrosamines and N-Nitrosatable Substances from Elastomer or Rubber Teats and Soothers

This directive specifies regulations for the release of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances from elastomer or rubber teats and soothers in the EU. It covers the content and migration of N-nitrosamines and substances that can form N-nitrosamines from elastomer or rubber teats and soothers, including limits and testing methods, applicable to the restrictions and testing of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosatable substances in elastomer or rubber teats and soothers within the EU.
