Notice from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Two Other Departments on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Accelerating Clean and Low-Carbon Hydrogen Applications in the Industrial Sector

This plan specifies the implementation of accelerating clean and low-carbon hydrogen applications in the industrial sector, including general requirements, accelerating the application of clean and low-carbon hydrogen as a substitute, orderly enhancing the level of hydrogen metallurgy applications, vigorously developing hydrogen-carbon coupling for green methanol production, actively promoting hydrogen-nitrogen coupling for green synthetic ammonia production, accelerating the application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, steadily developing hydrogen-powered ships, aviation, and rail transit equipment, exploring the development of hydrogen-electric integrated industrial green microgrids, and increasing support and guarantees. It is applicable to activities related to the application of clean and low-carbon hydrogen in the industrial sector.
