This document provides regulations for skin irritation or corrosivity testing of chemicals or mixtures, including the purpose, scope, definitions, animal testing methods, skin corrosivity testing (human skin model), skin irritation testing (human skin model), and more. It is applicable for conducting animal tests or alternative tests for skin irritation and corrosivity to provide health hazard data due to skin exposure, in accordance with the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA) and related regulations of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
