(South Korea) Technical Support Regulations for Local Lymph Node Assay in Chemical Skin Sensitization Assessment

This document specifies the Local Lymph Node Assay used in the assessment of chemical skin sensitization, including the purpose, scope, definitions, an overview of the Local Lymph Node Assay (LLNA) and its variants (LLNA:BrdU - ELISA, FCM, and LLNA:DA), test methods, results, and reporting. It is applicable to conducting animal tests for skin sensitization to provide data on chemical skin allergies in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA) and guidelines by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in South Korea.
