South Korea's Guidelines for Voluntary Reporting of Violations under the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (K-REACH)

These guidelines provide instructions for voluntarily reporting violations under the South Korean Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (K-REACH). They include details on who should report, when to report, benefits, responsible agencies, submission documents, and submission methods. It is applicable to businesses that, before February 27, 2025, have produced or imported chemical substances without prior notification, registration, or change in registration, or have produced or imported chemical substances different from the previously notified, registered, or changed registration content.
