(EU) Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/1090 Amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAC) and 1-Ethylpyrrolidin-2-one (NEP)

This regulation amends Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, adding N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAC) and 1-Ethylpyrrolidin-2-one (NEP) to the list of substances restricted under the EU REACH regulations. It applies to those involved in the production, import, export, and control of DMAC and NEP within the EU.
