This document specifies the permissible limits of substances harmful to human health and the environment in architectural coatings and auxiliary materials. It covers product classifications, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, and implementation of the document, describing the corresponding test methods. It is applicable to direct on-site applications on interior and exterior surfaces of buildings based on cement and other non-metallic materials for decoration, protection, and other special functions (such as mold prevention, algae prevention, thermal insulation, etc.). It also applies to floor coatings on substrates like cement mortar, concrete, stone, plastic, or steel for decoration, protection, and other special functions (such as anti-static, corrosion resistance, anti-slip, etc.). It does not apply to architectural waterproof coatings or synthetic material surface coatings for sports fields.
