(USA) Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements for Specific Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (Implementation of TSCA Section 8(a)(7))

This regulation outlines the reporting and recordkeeping requirements for specific per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). It includes the scope of applicability, compliance and enforcement, definitions, chemicals that must be reported, responsible reporting entities, activities exempt from reporting, the content of information that must be reported, reporting options for article importers and research and development substances, reporting deadlines, recurrent reporting requirements, and recordkeeping obligations.
