(USA) Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

This regulation specifies the reporting and recordkeeping requirements for specific per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances under TSCA. It includes the scope of applicability, compliance and enforcement, definitions, chemicals required to be reported, reporters' obligations, activities exempt from reporting, content of the required reports, reporting options for article importers and research and development substances, reporting deadlines, recurrent reporting provisions, and recordkeeping requirements. This applies to entities within the USA that have manufactured (including imported) PFAS for commercial purposes since January 1, 2011.
