(USA) Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; Deadline Changes and Technical Corrections under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

This final rule establishes the reporting and recordkeeping requirements for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) under TSCA. It covers the scope of applicability, compliance and enforcement, definitions, reporters' obligations, activities exempt from reporting, content of the required reports, reporting options for article importers and research and development substances, reporting deadlines, provisions for recurrent reporting, and recordkeeping requirements. This applies to entities within the USA that have manufactured (including imported) PFAS for commercial purposes since January 1, 2011.
