Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 35 of 2025: 8 Taiwanese Entities Added to the Export Control List

This announcement decides to add eight Taiwanese entities, including Hanxiang Aviation Industry Co., Ltd., to the export control list, prohibiting exports to these entities and immediately stopping ongoing export activities. If exports are necessary under special circumstances, exporters must apply to the Ministry of Commerce, applicable to entities involved in export activities to the eight listed Taiwanese entities.
