UK REACH Fees And Charges (Amendment Of Commission Regulation (EC) No 340/2008) Regulations 2025

This regulation amends relevant provisions in Annexes I, II, III, V, VI, and VII of Commission Regulation (EC) No 340/2008, including standard fees, fees for updated tonnage ranges, PPORD notification fees, charges for extending PPORD exemptions, reduced fees for SME enterprises, fees for authorization applications, fees for reviewing authorizations, etc. It applies to the whole of the United Kingdom and applies to the UK REACH fees and charges for England, Wales, and Scotland.
