Korea - Guidelines On The Implementation Of The Biocidal Products System

This guide provides guidance on the purpose and definition of terms, the obligations of biocidal product manufacturers/importers under the Korean Consumer Chemical Products and Biocides Safety Act (K-BPR), the distinction between biocidal treated products and biocidal products, and the safety standards and labeling standards for biocidal treated products. It applies to "biocidal products" as defined in Article 3 of the K-BPR, with exclusions where other laws apply as specified in Article 5 of the Act.
