This decision imposes export controls on items related to superhard materials, including synthetic diamond micropowder with an average particle size less than or equal to 50μm, synthetic diamond single crystal with an average particle size greater than 50μm and less than or equal to 500μm, synthetic diamond wire saws possessing certain characteristics, synthetic diamond grinding wheels possessing certain characteristics, DC arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition equipment, and DC arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition process technology. It is applicable to exporters of the above-mentioned items and their supervision and management.
