European Union - Amendment to Annex XVII of Regulation (EU) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council Concerning Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in Firefighting Foams

This regulation amends Annex XVII of the EU REACH Regulation by adding entry 82 concerning restrictions on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in firefighting foams. It is applicable to activities related to the placing on the market and use of firefighting foams containing PFAS within the EU territory.
