Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law

This law regulates the safety management of hazardous chemicals in the People's Republic of China, covering aspects such as planning and layout, safety in production and storage, operational safety, transportation safety, registration of hazardous chemicals, emergency rescue in case of accidents, and legal responsibilities.
