Notice on Submitting the Annual Activity Report for New Chemical Substances in 2025

This notice provides for matters concerning the submission of the 2025 annual activity report for new chemical substances, including the scope of the report, the reporting deadline, the contents of the report, the submission method and submission requirements. It is applicable to new chemical substances for which regular registration certificates have been obtained under the Measures for Environmental Administration of New Chemical Substances (Order No. 7 of the former Ministry of Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as Order No. 7) and whose registered new chemical substances fall within the key environmental management hazardous categories specified in Article 3 of Order No. 7, as well as to new chemical substances for which regular registration certificates have been obtained under Order No. 12 and whose registration certificates stipulate the submission of annual reports.
