This includes the issuance, re-issuance, adjustment, and revocation of professional chemical consultancy certificates, as well as the recording of certificate numbers and forms; prevention and response to chemical accidents; emergency drills for chemical accidents, etc., applicable to institutions, organizations, and individuals engaged in chemical-related activities within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
