In accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" and the "Measures for the Control of Non-Medical Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances," on June 16, 2024, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission, and the National Medical Products Administration jointly issued a notice regarding the inclusion of 46 substances into the "Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Varieties of Non-Medical Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances." The notice will take effect on July 1, 2024.
