On August 25, 2025, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) initiated a public consultation on harmonized classification and labelling (CLH) proposals for two substances, with a feedback deadline of October 24, 2025.

This procedure involves assessing the hazardous properties of chemical substances, proposing appropriate classifications and labels, collecting public input, and concluding with a final review and recommendations by ECHA's Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC).
