On December 15, 2025, the Australian government issued a notice updating the chemical names of 89 substances to their Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) names in accordance with Section 85 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019. These corrections do not change the identity of the chemical substances themselves.
