The list includes key precursor chemicals such as N-acetylanthranilic acid, phenylacetic acid, lysergic acid, acetic anhydride, and 4-anilino-N-phenethylpiperidine (ANPP). All individuals and enterprises involved in the production, import, export, distribution, and use of these substances must register with ARSA and obtain the corresponding permits. These substances may only enter the territory of Honduras through authorized ports of entry.
