Czech Republic List of Scheduled Psychoactive Substances(Seznam zařazených psychoaktivních látek, or ZPL) is defined by Government Regulation No. 11/2025 Sb., which entered into force on 17 January 2025. It specifically covers new psychoactive substances (NPS) that are not yet listed under international drug control conventions but have been assessed by experts as posing serious health risks or significant societal harm. The list currently comprises approximately 150 substances, including HHC derivatives (e.g., HHCP, HHCH), THC derivatives (e.g., THCP, THCH), synthetic cannabinoids, benzodiazepines, and cathinones, together with their salts and isomers. Commercial transactions involving these substances are generally prohibited, with scientific research permitted only under a special licence issued by the Ministry of Health.
