Singapore Permissible exposure levels of toxic substances administered by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) under the Workplace Safety and Health (General Provisions) Regulations, defines long-term (8-hour TWA) and short-term (15-minute STEL) limits for hundreds of toxic substances in ppm and mg/m³. Employers must ensure airborne toxic substance concentrations do not exceed statutory PELs and implement exposure assessment and control measures to safeguard worker health.
