Turkish Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety in the Use of Chemicals formulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security pursuant to the KKDIK Regulation(Turkey REACH), covers OELs for over 120 substances including new additions like ethanol and sodium hydroxide, defining 8-hour TWAs and biological limit values. Mixtures containing OEL substances must be supplied with compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and enterprises must ensure workplace exposures remain below statutory limits.
