Malaysia Occupational Safety and Health Regulations

Malaysia Occupational Safety and Health Regulations enacted by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, require employers to provide workers handling chemicals hazardous to health with training in safe operation, storage, and emergency response, while implementing exposure assessment and control measures to ensure worker exposure remains below statutory permissible standards.
