Vietnam Occupational Exposure Limits for 70 Chemical Substances issued by the Ministry of Health (BYT) via Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BYT on April 28, 2025, serves as a National Technical Regulation covering OELs for substances including acrolein, acrylamide, and lead. It sets 8-hour TWA and 15-minute STEL values, stipulating that instantaneous concentrations must not exceed 5 times the TWA and exposure above 3 times the TWA must not last over 30 minutes; employers must ensure worker exposure remains below statutory limits.
