Beijing Emergency Management Bureau

The Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau (referred to as the Municipal Emergency Bureau) is a component department of the Beijing Municipal People's Government, at the directorate level. The Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Beijing Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau operate from the same office premises. The Beijing Municipal Emergency Management Bureau implements the guidelines, policies, and decisions of the CPC Central Committee regarding emergency work, as well as the relevant work requirements of the Municipal Committee. It maintains and strengthens the Party's centralized and unified leadership over emergency work in the process of fulfilling its duties.
